When I started my own business, I was easily getting 20-25 people in a networking room every month.

Yes this is exactly who the workshop is for/. Most service-based business owners who come to this day are starting from that exact point. They are looking for a strategy that feels more intentional. Events is that strategy for a lot of people. The workshop gives you the framework to decide whether it's right for your business - and if it is, exactly how to make it work.

Is this right for me if I've never run a workshop before?

Yes and honestly, it's the ideal starting point. The ATTRACT Method takes you from idea to complete event strategy in a single morning. You don't need experience. You need the right framework. That's what the day gives you.

I've run events before but they didn't convert. Will this help?

This is exactly who the workshop is built for. We work through every step and you'll identify the gap quickly. Most of the time it's in the conversion and follow-up steps, not the event itself.

Will I leave with an actual plan or just inspiration?

An actual plan. We'll do some deep work specifically on the first 3 sections of The ATTRACT Method, meaning you'll apply the method to your own event in the room. You leave with real decisions made; event purpose, audience, concept, and format.

What's the difference between this workshop and the Event Strategy Sprint?

The Workshop focuses on the first 3 steps of the ATTRACT Method in a group setting. You learn alongside peers and apply the framework to your own event.

The Event Strategy Sprint is a private 1:1 session where we build your complete fill plan, conversion pathway, and follow-up scripts together. Many people do the workshop first, then a Sprint to finish the build.

What's the refund and transfer policy?

Seats are fully transferable, Send someone else in your place if your plans change. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, a credit toward a future workshop or other services may be offered.

What do I need to bring on the day?

Just yourself and something to write with, or your laptop.

A printed workbook and all templates are provided.

Barista coffee or tea on arrival in included as well as morning tea.
